GDPR Data Update

We need your help...

GDPR is a new law which comes into action at the end of May.  This effectively means that all companies and organisations must ask that you opt in to us holding your Data (i.e. when you fill in a connection card with your name, address, email address, telephone number etc) on our secure online Databases.  

We use a secure database called Church Suite to log all your details into.  Those who have access to this (area leaders, small group leaders and staff) have had signed a contract to ensure your details are kept confidential and are not shared with anyone else.  We also use a secure email system called Mail Chimp to send emails to you.

Thank you so much to those of you who have already consented to receiving emails from us.  We now need to ask you to click the following options, to opt in to receive further SMS contact and to hold your information on our Database.  If you haven't yet given us consent to contact you via email - please tick that box too!

Thanks so much for your help in this!  Just to let you know that if we don't receive a reply by 26th May, we'll need to remove your details from our database.
